Frame Production Workshop
Q345B low-alloy steel (tensile strength ≥ 470 MPa) is used, formed through CNC plasma cutting (accuracy ±0.5 mm) and robot welding. Frames undergo stress relief annealing at 850°C and are then shot blasted to enhance paint adhesion.
100% welds undergo ultrasonic testing, and pressure testing is performed to 2.2 times the design value (e.g., a 25 MPa frame is tested to 55 MPa).
Monthly production of 150 standard frames and 30 custom frames.
Production Line
Filter Plate Production Workshop
High-pressure injection molding of pure PP/TPE materials at 260°C ± 1°C, with CNC machining for precision trimming of seal grooves (coaxiality ≤ 0.05mm).
Each filter plate undergoes a 25MPa pressure test, with a flatness tolerance of ≤ 0.1mm/m², eliminating micro-leakage.
Daily output of 800 filter plates, with custom pore sizes from 5 to 80μm.


Production Line
Filter Cloth Production Workshop
Loom-woven single/multifilament filter cloth (nylon/polyester/PP), with hot-melt stitching for zero burrs. Water Permeability ≥ 800L/㎡·h.
Each batch undergoes a 3-hour clogging test using simulated sludge, and is certified for acid and alkali resistance (pH 1-14).
Monthly production of 3,000 sets of filter cloth, supporting special requirements for explosion-proof applications.

Assembly Workshop
Assembly in a constant temperature, dust-free environment (NAS 1638-7 cleanliness level), laser alignment of rails (parallelism <0.3mm). Hydraulic lines undergo helium leak testing, and the control system undergoes a 72-hour burn-in test.
Automatic plate pulling system thrust error <5%, cylinder seals undergo 100,000 compression cycles with no leakage.
Daily assembly of 8-10 complete units, with factory testing completed within 48 hours.

Finished Product Warehouse
Intelligent Warehousing System (WMS) with zoned management and humidity control of 40% ± 5%. Filter plates are stored and transported vertically to prevent deformation, and the entire unit is sealed with a rust-proof oil film.
10-ton gantry crane platform, supporting 24-hour container loading, and 30-day delivery to global ports.
