From Order to Delivery
Contract Signing
Specify the equipment model, configuration (e.g., filter plate material/filtration area), delivery date (FOB/CIF terms), and payment method (T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance).
Letter of Credit Review (if applicable)
Check the LC terms (e.g., delivery date, document requirements) to avoid the risk of “soft clauses.”
Deposit Receipt Starts
Once Finance confirms the receipt of the 30% deposit, release the production order.
